9. How to choose area sub-contractors &

suppliers. We supply an extensive list of subs and

supplers.

10. And….the most important of all

Construction (Up to 1 year) & Permanent financing

(15 & 30 year terms) for your home building with

approved credit. 100% financing for qualified

customer. Also known as 90% LTV. We can

include land purchase/payoff, site clearing,

blueprints, water well, driveways, sidewalks,

fencing, closing costs, sewage systems, and many

other items in your loan. If you have credit problems

we have credit repair we can refer you to.

11.  Establish a "draw" schedule so you will know the funding amunt you will receive for each stage of your project (cash flow projection).
